PSTV APP

The gig was commissioned by Volcano City for their client. The brief called for a 3D phone to be animated in an uninterrupted sequence except for the outro slate. 

This was a challenging one to work on. The first plugins to handle 3D models inside After Effects had just been released, and as it often happens with video and animation projects, you must acquire skills along the way in order to deliver, and this was no exception.

I taught myself the basics of manipulating 3D objects and the Element 3D plugin and started working on the app promo.

The promo itself was seen by millions on PSTV’s live shows.
